Tom was excellent as usual. He is extremely knowledgeable about the suburbs market trends and advised us accordingly in selling our property that maximised our benefits. He is easily the best real estate agent in Oatlands and surrounding suburbs. We are very happy with the decision to go with him and will highly recommend him. It is worth to mention that his processes are digitilised that makes the entire selling process and experience very smooth as a seller.

Definitely 5 star- for every step of the sale of my home Thomas and Matthew were patient and explained all that was involved. They were enthusiastic, punctual and their estimate of what the result of the auction would be was very accurate.

Thomas and team, was an absolute pleasure to work with in selling our home. Thomas was very professional, friendly and always kept an open communication which allowed us to keep informed and involved in the process. We were able to achieve the results we wanted and will definitely use Thomas and team again and have recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you for all your hard work and efforts!

Tom helped to sell our property in mid 2020, in the midst of an uncertain market due to covid19. We found him to be extremely professional. When we were initially looking for an agent, Tom was just about the only agent that gave us a call back, which was a positive sign of his superior work ethic. Selling a house can be stressful, particularly as though this property used to once be our home but had since become an interstate investment. Not physically being in NSW made it a little more stressful but Tom did a fantastic job of reassuring us at every stage of the campaign. His knowledge of the local market is second to none & we were highly impressed with his level of communication. Tom always kept us in the loop & made sure we were fully informed before making decisions. Through his honed negotiation skills, Tom managed to ultimately secure the price we were after. We were very happy with Tom & his team & would be very confident in recommending him to anyone looking for an agent.

Thomas provided a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of the market and set my expectations accordingly. He completely met my expectations and would not hesitate to introduce to others looking to sell their homes.

Thomas was a pleasure to work with , very professional and trustworthy. He was very efficient in his communication with usn- even after hours. Thank you Tom for making the selling of our house less stressful and finding a buyer in 2 weeks was definitely a job well done.

We'd recommend Thomas and the team at Belle as they were assisting with a move into a new season of our life - which was exciting/nervous and challenging - but his experience and expertise helped us feel more confident about our next steps. Selling your family home of many years is an emotional experience - and yet Thomas and the team were sensitive to this and were only willing to help in anyway possible. I'd highly recommend them.

Our experience with Thomas and his team was excellent. Excellent knowledge of the market and great customer service. Would recommend Thomas and his team to any one looking for a positive and caring experience.

Tom was very good. Kept us informed of everything happening.

All care taken to provide actual written feed back from prospective buyers. Photos showed house at its very best. Honest marketing. Good knowledge of local area.

We came to know Thomas Perram through his staffing working our area at the time we were considering selling our house. When the time came to select an agent the professionalism of Tom and his staff secured them job of marketing and selling our property. The marketing and sales campaign was professionally executed and resulted in a better than expected outcome.
