A few years ago we decided to subdivide our property to make a duplex, This was harder than expected - a long, very drawn out, highly bureaucratic, stressful process and eventually far more costly than estimated. There is a saying” when the going gets tough , the tough get going” , that is the best way to describe my experience with Thomas Perram and his team at Belle Property Parramatta. Through a combination of me not being involved in a property sale for over 20 years, a family illness and the Cov 19 crisis, Thomas had a job on his hands.
