I was buying my first apartment, having moved to Australia, and Thoraya immediately struck me as someone trustworthy right after I'd had some poor experiences. She was very patient holding my hand through the bureaucracy and explaining what things meant. She also worked very well with my broker and conveyancer, and was very responsive to any questions I had. Will absolutely keep her number for if I ever need to buy or sell in the future.
