We ended our contract with another agent - one we were not happy with, and asked Tim to be our new agent ... best decision ever. His first question was ... "what do you want from me?" - our answer was "Honesty and Communication" two things that we hadn't had with other agency. From that first communication with Tim until even today Tim has been the best, we could not ask for anymore from an Agent - He did our Open Homes, (not an agent we had never met) we had feedback and he kept us updated with any negotiations or steps with possible buyers. Our House had an offer on it within days of listing with Tim, not once did I have that 'anxiety' that I felt with the previous agents. I cannot rate Tim Allen high enough - to say we are thrilled with Tim and the outcome of his high standard of workmanship/honesty/and making us feel like we are the only sellers he is looking after is an understatement!!
