While we were vetting potential agents, from the first meeting with Tim we knew instantly we had to get him back for a 2nd round. To structure his approach to us the client based on our values and expectations showed great attention to the words we said to him, we knew on that of these professional standards and behaviour we had found the right person to represent us.
