Real Estate agents like a lot of sales professionals get a bad wrap as its the negatives that get talked about. In a Tough market Tim was able to sell our property with a minimum of fuss. He gave us a realistic market appraisal and then set about getting the job done. He kept us in the loop and communication was always straight without the sales pitch. He made the process as stress free as he could.
Tim sold my son his unit and he spoke highly of Tim. so we thought we would approach him re selling my dad's house. Tim was upfront and open about all aspects of the sale process including prices, costs etc. He always kept us informed of progress and followed up on what he committed too. We purchased a home through Bartlett and Co, and I'm glad we did. Doing the rounds of Saturday inspections, you get to meet many different agents. I think we met them all..... and we were getting tired of all the same old back and forth. Tim is different. The Monday morning after the inspection, Tim made a follow up call to me and it was different. No pressure, no "games", just straight up honest information from a fully engaged agent.
