We met Tim at an open house. The place was well presented and Tim allowed us to walk around and take in the features of the property as we saw them. We spoke about the details of sale and settlement as it was coming up to the holiday period. We went home to consider the details. Tim met with us and outlined what he thought was the best way to present our house and market it. We had the house styled and photographed by professions recomended by Tim. these where listed on Domain and Real Estate . Com. We had three open house sessions on mid Saturday that were well attended. Tim reported to us as soon as they ended as to the people that attended and any offers or comments made. Some mid week viewings also took place with plenty of notice. Some offers where made that we rejected. Tim followed up with all those that showed any interest and reported back. The offer that we accepted was kean to secure the propery and Tim did everthing he could to make sure that the Buyer was looked after and secured the sale. Tim has provided us with a clear picture for what was happening and what we needed to do all the way along. Nothing was a problem.
