I worked with Tim in 2024 and he helped me sell a 2-BR apartment in Southbank. The apartment has been aging and needed some refreshment before hitting the market. I find that I received honest and genuine advice from Tim as to what will be most worthwhile to pursue and what would be a waste of money.
