In my experience a great agent requires great knowledge, communication, personality and hard work. Tim and his team are all of the above in many ways and I’m always happy to recommend hard working people with passion Congratulations on the hard work and all the marketing I see everywhere in the area Well done
We purchased our property through Tim Bradler and his agency last year and felt a sense of transparency and respect that is so lacking in the Real Estate Industry these days. He balanced professionalism with humour and wit and was empathetic to some of our needs as buyers with the needs of the vendors. I highly recommend Tim and his team. We were so happy with the service in purchasing that we engaged Nicole, his partner, to manage our property as a rental.
Our house was the only house in the area sold at that time when there were hundreds of houses for sale. Thanks to Tim and his team. Ever thankful.
In a very difficult market place, Tim managed to sell our house in Blairgowrie. Difficult because this coastal town was caught up in the midst of COVID. Tim stayed on our case until it was sold. He didn't sugar coat that it would be difficult but he managed to squeeze the most out of the only offer we received.
Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication and follow up. Would not hesitate in using Tim again in the future.
Tim sold our house for us in a difficult market and throughout it all was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way.
In a tough market Tim got us a strong result and worked the auction hard. Would use Tim again
Tim follow up was excellent. He kept us informed of the process throughout the sale. He was also up front and honest in relation to his thoughts and our expectations. After the sale he also negotiated the sale of the furniture and an extra inspection. Once again he was very responsive to our requests.
Tim has excellent skills in communicating with both buyers and sellers. He is always calm and accommodating.
Tim sold our holiday home in Blairgowrie, fantastic to work with and achieved a result that we were very happy with. Highly recommended.
Tim came highly recommended and was very easy to deal with, his experience and knowledge of the market was spot on...very highly recommend the whole team...

Overall there was a sense of trust and that became a main pillar throughout the process.
