Outstanding customer-centric approach

Our overall experience was fantastic. Clearly Tim and his team no how to sell properties so won't talk about that... The thing which was outstanding for me though, was Tim's willingness to adapt his style to suit our style. Tim quickly identified that our preferred method of communication was going to be text message and from that point out, provided clear, thorough updates via text first - made our lives very very simple and the entire process far more enjoyable and effective. Tim was also clearly interested in getting us, as the vendors, the best result as the first priority. As opposed to other agents who will be quick to prioritise their gain over the vendor's. If you're looking for an agent that legitimately has you as the centre of attention, Tim is the way to go.
