Once again Tony, thank you for entrusting us with the marketing of your home and congratulations on the ultimate sale.
For clarity though, your property was originally listed in April 2025 as an ‘off market’ campaign at $1,799,000 - $1,975,000 based on your own price expectation and instructions, until you removed it from sale in June 2025. As you know, it wasn’t re-listed again until September 2025, but this time as a ‘full sale’ campaign.
Given the challenging and changing market conditions together with the buyer feedback throughout the campaign, as previously explained, adjusting the advertised price and your own expectations was necessary in order to increase buyer engagement and to meet correct market value and to ultimately facilitate a successful sale result.
I appreciate the end sale figure was below your original target and whilst we understand your disappointment, the end result was a very strong outcome in the current market, and we are pleased that you can now move on and take this opportunity in wishing you both all the very best for the future - Tim.
