Tim Busch and his colleague Michael both provided me with excellent professional customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim, he constantly provided me with expert advice and assistance as and when required. They developed for me a professional marketing strategy that generated an excellent amount of interest in my property, with large numbers of groups inspecting my unit on Wednesday and Saturday open inspections. Throughout the sale and auction process I was regularly provided with valuable advice and feedback. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim and he quickly responded to any queries that I had. At auction I received a premium sale price in a slowing sales market, receiving a sale price well above my reserve price. I was very happy with the customer service provided to me by Tim. He is very professional, helpful, obliging and I have no hesitation in recommending him to sell a vendors property.

Tim was easy to deal with and always available. He wasn’t to pushy with the sale and I feel he really listened to what I was looking for. Even after the sale he has been more than helpful.
