He always sent us properties which we had ability to view before they came on the market and this allowed us to view properties more quietly (hence his market knowledge is strong.) Tim suggested a good range of properties, his approach was broader and he gave us a bigger picture as to properties for us to view despite our wish list. (again linking into local market knowledge.) There was no hard sell with Tim, and he is always on point and didn't make promise something and not deliver. His easy manner put our minds at ease despite us not having sold our house in the early stages of our discussions.
