Hard to contact, as the lead agent he flobbed me off to the other agent, but he was the one in communication with the seller, poor communication resulting in them providing a verbal acceptance to another buyer, without presenting my offer to the seller, when I pushed the to present the offer the seller accepted, which I imagine would have really upset the other buyer who was told the offer was accepted and also forced me to outbid myself driving me purchase price up (may be good for the seller but very dishonest)
