My name is Peter Britt and I was the original owner of the Unit, 42/321 Windsor Rd since it was first sold in 1977. The unit was in its original condition, only being repainted twice and recarpeted once in all that time. So Tim had a big job in securing the sale at an acceptable price in a short time in a very competitive market.
