Tim Chapman is a top agent. From when I first spoke to Tim on the property he was always professional, approachable, friendly and informative. Tim has a strong knowledge of the Hills area and an astute understanding of the property market in general. His communication with us as prospective buyers was superb, and he took phone calls anytime of day. He was very patient with us and even offered to water the yard for us pre-settlement!
