When I was renovating my unit Tim helped me out with some good ideas and suggestions on how much to change. I enlisted Tim and his teams help to put it on the market and he generously helped me out with the advertising strategy. All the people in his team were a pleasure to deal with and I was very happy with the photography. For our meetings he was flexible with his times to suit me outside of work hours. The market was already going lower again as I was putting my unit up for sale (not the best timing) so it made it more difficult to get a good price but Tim persevered for me until some more potential buyers came along showing interest and then shortly thereafter we had the final sale.
