Tim had helped me previously to purchase my first place. He made the process much easier and quicker than I thought it would be. I was looking for a solicitor and he helped me out with a good solicitor so the whole process moved along quickly. When the time came again to look for another unit and sell, Tim and his assistant Kirsty were very prompt and helpful in giving me valuations to get a good idea on my current unit's value. For my second purchase I looked around for a while as I had specific criteria I wanted it to have. I went to some auctions but got outbid. Later on, Tim called me with something that sounded close to what I was looking for. After going through the process of checks, it was looking good. I was asking Tim and his team a number of questions. If there were any they didn't know, they would get back to me soon with an answer. I decided to persue it and went to the auction.
