Tim had helped me previously to purchase my first place. He made the process much easier and quicker than I thought it would be. I was looking for a solicitor and he helped me out with a good solicitor so the whole process moved along quickly. When the time came again to look for another unit and sell, Tim and his assistant Kirsty were very prompt and helpful in giving me valuations to get a good idea on my current unit's value. For my second purchase I looked around for a while as I had specific criteria I wanted it to have. I went to some auctions but got outbid. Later on, Tim called me with something that sounded close to what I was looking for. After going through the process of checks, it was looking good. I was asking Tim and his team a number of questions. If there were any they didn't know, they would get back to me soon with an answer. I decided to persue it and went to the auction. Once again on the auction day Tim and his team were very helpful to me in getting ready for it so I could bid with confidence. I have found Tim and all the people in his team to be very polite and easy to do business with. I would definitely recommend them to others looking to purchase in the Northern Beaches area.

Tim Cullen gave us excellent advice about preparing our home for sale. He also provided a comprehensive list of people and tradesman who could help in this process, should we be unable to find our own. He also listened very intently to our ideas and made constructive comments about whether these ideas were “good” or otherwise in the overall marketing plan. He also showed a remarkable amount of patience in this preparation process with some really quite remarkable glitches and unavoidable delays. He was at all times positive. The house showings and inspections were well organised although at times we had to check the website or ring to confirm timings. Once the marketing program was under way Tim kept us up to date with what was happening with who and provided scenarios of likely outcomes. As we approached auction day Tim recognised that a pre auction negotiation might be a worthwhile option to pursue and he did this with great aplomb and success. We were most happy with the final outcome and this was due to Tim’s remarkable skills in the business of real estate selling. He was very, very good!
