Tim had helped me previously to purchase my first place. He made the process much easier and quicker than I thought it would be. He also provided a comprehensive list of people and tradesman who could help in this process, should we be unable to find our own. He also listened very intently to our ideas and made constructive comments about whether these ideas were “good” or otherwise in the overall marketing plan. He also showed a remarkable amount of patience in this preparation process with some really quite remarkable glitches and unavoidable delays. He was at all times positive. The house showings and inspections were well organised although at times we had to check the website or ring to confirm timings. Once the marketing program was under way Tim kept us up to date with what was happening with who and provided scenarios of likely outcomes. As we approached auction day Tim recognised that a pre auction negotiation might be a worthwhile option to pursue and he did this with great aplomb and success.
