Tim sold a property for us which we knew would not be easy to sell. We were kept updated via an app which eliminated the back and forth telephone calls. Tim is professional polite and honest. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and his agency for any property dealings.

Tim and his team were polite and easy to deal with from start to finish. They explained the process very clearly and were always available and helpful when required. Anna our agent was outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with how we were treated and the result they achieved for us. Thank you.

Tim has been a great help to accomplish our aim to buy the property . His friendly, professional and outstanding knowledge plus experience gave us confidence that we are in safe hands and won't regret with our decision to choose Cutcliff. Will surely recommend Tim for all the property related matters.

Tim was very professional, yet very approachable throughout the sale process. He went out of his way to accommodate potential buyers, including private inspections at night when he was over an hour from home. His initial valuation was on the money and together with the auctioneer Charles, they negotiated a result that we are very happy with.

After 12months of searchingly an unpredictable housing market and looking at numerous properties with several agents we were able to secure our family home,Tim has always been upfront and honest and kept us updated on new properties and sales. We would highly recommend Tim to sell or purchase your home.

From the moment we met with Tim and Francesco, nothing was ever an issue for them. Selling a house is stressful enough, without the added dramas of constant rain, flooding and road closures thrown in the mix, but they made the process pretty simple for us. Highly recommend Cutcliffe to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Tim is an agent that works with people to achieve a good sale for both the buyer and the seller, without using pushing in your face tactics. you can trust him to be telling the truth. he is very honorable in his ways and you can feel confident with Tim.

Tim and the Cutcliffe team have been great through the entire process. Very understanding of our unique needs and for a sale that had some extra considerations for buyers they were tenacious and always focused on getting the best outcome for us.

Tim has been a credit to his profession, industry and Cutcliffe Real Estate throughout this entire process. Tim represented his Vendors as a true professional and his style and respect for both parties was enormously appreciated. He was always contactable, ready to help and make the process as easy as possible for all concerned. We could not recommend him more highly.

When unfortunately Tim works harder for the buyer not the seller. Would never recommend.

Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of looking to purchase my home. Tim always got back to me immediately with answers to my questions, and I always felt I was a priority. If it were not for Tim I honestly believe I would not have been able to find and secure my dream home. I cant thank Tim enough for going above and beyond. I am very grateful for the service I received. I could not recommend Tim more highly if you are looking to purchase or sell!
