I am the first to think - Are reviews real? Is it a mate if it is good? Is it a competitor when bad? I trust you read this knowing it is genuine. I say this because can a company from the Owner, to the property manager to the person answering a phone really be 5 stars at everything? Well with Cutcliffe - Yes! My wife and I bought a home from Cutcliffe. We have had so many questions, things we have been unsure about, issues with other parties (not them) and every single time it has been Cutcliffe either resolving, finding a solution, offering answers or even mediating for us. They have turned emotional situations, in a stressful time into positives. Always been available and not once needed following up. If you ever need a real-estate agent - this company is the one. We were very happy with Tim and team and the effort he put into selling our house. Although the time frame was longer than we had anticipated we realise that this was a sign of the times. The only negative would be that we would have liked a quicker update on open house when we were overseas. Several times we had to make first contact for progress report. When we first decided to put the property on the market we phoned a couple of agents to get an idea of the market value. We received feedback varying from a bit disinterested to a bit to pushy. They were only too pleased to answer any questions we had and in no way made us feel pressured to make a decision. They presented us with several options on the best way to sell the property and were more than happy to meet with us a few times as we struggled with the decision to sell the property that has been in the family for almost 60 years.
