My wife and I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years. Primarily those involved with the buying and selling of hotels. We have come across a full range of agents from very poor to exceptional. Tim is exceptional. We live in Lemon Tree Passage and Tim sold 3 houses in the very street that we live in, all at prices that that were far in excess of what could be expected. People might say that it is as a result of a rising asset market, which I think there is an element of that in the prices. To offset that argument Tim has a very professional organised method of selling a property that does not leave achieving a good sale price to chance.
