My wife and I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years. Primarily those involved with the buying and selling of hotels. We have come across a full range of agents from very poor to exceptional. Tim is exceptional. We live in Lemon Tree Passage and Tim sold 3 houses in the very street that we live in, all at prices that that were far in excess of what could be expected.
