This statement is to attest that the Real Estate Agent Tim De La Hunty of PRD Port Stephens has been engaged in the successful sale of our property at Fullerton Cove. This sale originated from our enquiry related to our interest in the sale of some properties at Port Stephens, one of which was being promoted by this same agent. His effort and interest there showed him to be very presentable and worthy of our trust to the point we engaged his company in the sale of our property at Fullerton Cove, a suburb not normally handled by that office. The buyer interest shown by that company’s advertising was regrettably low and led to a drawn out period. Notwithstanding that result, this agent applied his talents and agreed to advertise more locally to our area. The result was an sale soon afterwards. We have to say that applying his skills away from his normal area must have been difficult but he did apply himself without a great deal of response. In the end the foray into the Newcastle area must have been a new experience. The sale in the end resulted in probably the highest price for the level of housing in the area he handled, probably an unexpected outcome.
