It took us quite a while to find the right house for us. Tim kept us up to date with anything new coming to the market. We loved his relaxed attitude. Tim was also great with helping us with other real estate matters and took plenty of time to assist in any way he could. We love our new house! Thanks Tim.
Tim knowledge was excellent giving us all the information before we put our house on the market. He gave as an overview of what houses were selling for in our area and all other information required by the seller to sell their house. Tim’s visual presentation was brilliant. It sold the house to someone who lived up the north-west. Couldn’t have asked for more. Friendly and willing to go the extra yards.
Tim was excellent throughout the entire purchasing process. Took the time to show us the house via FaceTime when we couldn’t see it in person, which we appreciated. Was always accommodating and approachable with any questions and queries. Friendly and professional with lots of local knowledge.
Sadly, our experience with Tim Fidock was not a positive one. Tim was nice enough on the surface but remember this is business at the end of the day and he wanted to sell this house at a high price. We were new to the country and unfortunately relied on Tim, to be honest, and upfront a little too much. We now know that we rushed our decision to buy this house and did not inspect the house enough. But hindsight is a beautiful thing. In turn, what we thought was a dirty, messy and run-down house turned out to be a big LEMON! The building surveyor who was recommended by Tim did not tell us of the various issues as they are technically not STRUCTURAL! So instead of freshening the house and doing a little cosmetic work and gardening, we are now looking at expensive and time-consuming work projects. A stress which we simply did not want. The go-to reply from Tim when asking about these issues was “well that was as seen”. Then added that he did not know about these issues even though he had been to the house many times in the past.... but it is as seen??? You get better service and have more legal rights when dealing with a broken refrigerator. The whole experience has left a bad taste in our mouth and for these reasons, we simply cannot recommend Tim Fiddock. We feel that we were taken advantage of… here come the suckers! Such a shame.
Very thoughtful especially during a trying time personally and also with the corona pandemic. Highly recommend Tim.
Tim was amazing from start to finish. I would not have sold the property without his expertise and guidance. He never gave up in helping me to achieve that 'sold' sign on the property. The ultimate test of Tim's commitment to his client was when he turned up on the last day and insisted on helping me out. An absolute gem. I could not have asked for more at such a stressful time. You will not find another agent willing to go the extra mile like Tim does. If I ever do the process again (which I hope I don't!) I will be returning to Tim.
