The fact that the market was really slow was not filling us with a lot of enthusiasm. We really were not looking forward to the constant disruption to our lives in having to keep our home in tip top presentation. We asked Tim to come and do an appraisal. From the minute he approached the house, he made us feel at ease. His manner was gentle, his approach was very professional and his knowledge of the properties in the area was amazing. He brought the rest of his sales consultants to have a look so that he could give us different opinions of the property. Land values were moving down and the market was tight with a limited range of buyers for Mum's 3 by 1 older style home. Tim persisted and always kept us informed.
