After Tim helped sell my sisters house in 3 days and her land in a few months, we knew we wanted to book Tim. Tim was really good with the advertising and had a lot of people through the home, as it was by appointment only, it kept him pretty busy. When we had a few offers on the table, he knew exactly how to play it to get the best price out of our sale. After the home was sold, his follow up was good too, we even received a couple of gifts!
