We appointed Belle to sell our Mosman main harbour waterfront property because our enquiries suggested that they had the best high end sale process and, in Tim Foote, the best negotiator with an excellent track record. Our expectations were high. The property was attractive with a well-developed waterfront and excellent location, albeit, not matched by the size and attraction of the included dwelling.. It was also burdened by a number of negative covenants. In summary, the result achieved was a 25% improvement over our best estimate of likely return. We attributed this achievement to some good fortune but overwhelmingly to the implementation of the agreed sales strategy, high negotiating and leadership skills, and unsparing personal commitment to a successful outcome of the team leader, Tim Foote. Belle property is by no means a perfect organisation but overall we would have no hesitation in appointing them to a similar role again
