What we love most about Tim Foote and his team was the high level of professionalism in which the campaign was carried out. Tim quickly discerned a tricky situation of negative feedback due to possible uncertainty about direct street access for potential renovators, which was overwhelming the positives from the magnificent view and generous house proportions. A buyer who saw the house and view as paramount emerged at the beginning of the campaign at an acceptable price point, which Tim and his team seized upon to capture a sale. While a higher result was initially thought possible, the negatives forced the likely sale range down as well as limited the competition to two possibilities, one of which did not not follow through. So, disappointment was ameliorated by reasonable argument and its resultant reality check, which Tim conducted well.
