Tim, You were spot on! I asked you your thoughts on process, price and many other items that arose as part of this sale - you could not have been more accurate with your advice from beginning to end. You and your amazing team truly excelled in all areas - your staff are not only super efficient and helpful (we did push a little on the detail) but also wonderfully pleasant to deal with both on the phone and on property. We have worked together before in good markets and not so good and I must say each and every time it has been a pleasure and a success. I look forward to our next property dealings!
