Without doubt the best real estate agent I have used and I have bought and sold many properties over the years. Why? 1. He was accurate in his assessment of market price 2. When the market slowed he did not attempt as many do, to condition me down in price 3. He worked harder to convince the market that the price was right 4. When he could have sold it at a lower price, saving himself a lot of heart ache and effort and abuse from a buyer who missed out, he genuinely acted in my best interest. 5. Many would have simply told me that it was the best deal and to take the lower price. 6. I can honestly say that Tim has been the best real estate agent I have used and I say that not because he was a nice person which he was also, but because he got results 7. We often are cynical about agents commissions but in Tim's case he earned every cent of it and more 8. The skill and experience he showed in negotiating and navigating, at times through difficult "waters" shows what a professional he was. 9. Indeed you pay for what you get....pay him whatever he asks because the cost of not doing so is far greater than the investment in Tim. He is someone you want on your side.....
I have used Tim twice to sell properties and once he helped me buy a property. All I can say is Tim is a closer he knows how to get people to make an offer and sign a contract. We even used him out of his home market with great success. At the same time I was looking to buy a property and he gave me wonderful advice that enable me and my wife to buy our dream home.. Dear Tim, Somerset, Rob, and Staff of L J Hooker, Early last year it became apparent to me that with my old age fast approaching and with Luke, my partner, fast approaching the end of his middle years we had to give serious thought to our future. In particular, we questioned whether or not we could, or indeed should, stay on in this house. After much deliberation we decided that our best option was to sell. This was for us a traumatic and painful decision as we loved this house so much. Of course, we couldn’t trust just anyone to sell the house on our behalf. After interviewing 3 agencies we decided that Tim and his team at L J Hookers had the best record in the area, had just the right amount of charisma which we thought would be effective in selling houses such as ours and of course were the best looking team of the lot!! Clear communicator from start to finish. Very direct with his appraisal, his marketing strategy, and his opinions throughout the campaign. Certainly didn't offer any promises or above market value prices. So when we achieved a result well beyond our expectations we were of course very happy.
