Selling the cherished family home which we had held for over 25 years was never going to be easy however choosing the right agent to handle the process was. Tim Fraser did not disappoint me in any way whatsoever. He assisted through his endless contacts to prepare the property for sale, provided a marketing budget which advertised the property and not the agent and always kept me informed throughout the campaign. Tim is very professional, answers his phone or immediately calls back, is easy to deal with and met all my expectations. I was open to having inspections whenever a prospective purchaser requested and Tim proved to be as flexible as I was in that regard. I honestly could not have hoped for a better experience or result than I had with Tim. Notably, He was not in a hurry to sell my property after a week on the market and remained determined to achieve the best price possible which he did. It is without hesitation that I recommend Tim Fraser and it will be without hesitation that I will use Tim for any other property dealings in the future.
