The agent I was using previously had some difficulty as the market had turned from a sellers market to a buyers market quite quickly. i enlisted the services of Tim who arranged a conjunction sale. Because he was successful in the sale of our first property I had no hesitation in employing his services on the sale of our second property. True to his word he finalised the sale in a very short time a couple of weeks. My wife and I were greatly relieved as the previous agent was expecting us to drop our price to a very low price. Tim Gerards sold our property in Woodridge (a 2 bedroom townhouse) a few months ago. We live in WA, and had received a pamphlet from him in the post, suggesting we contact him if we were ever considering selling. He claimed (in the pamphlet) to have contacts with interstate buyers, and after speaking to him, I knew he was genuine. We chose him to sell our property over local agents in the area because he was a straight-talker, and we knew he would get us the result we wanted. After one buyer's finance fell through, Tim immediately found us another interstate buyer whose finance did come through, and negotiated a price for us we were pleased with. I found Tim easy to get along with, easy to get in touch with, and he went the extra mile without us even having to ask. If you're not sure whether to believe it when Tim says he has interstate buyers, believe him! We did, and he got us a fantastic result in a relatively slow market. I'd definitely use him again!
