As a first time home buy and someone with a visual impairment, I had nothing but uncertainty and worry. Tim was a huge help throughout the entire purchasing process, all the way from the initial inspection through to the settlement and handover. From my very first email to Tim regarding the Vic Quarter Apartments he had kept me up to date with the progress of the building. We were invited to come along and have a look at the plans before the apartments were put on the market to the public. We didn’t go have a look until the first official Open Day. Wow. We Both fell in love with everything. We put a deposit down that same day and haven’t looked back. We’re loving our new neighbourhood and have already met some lovely people. So many options of restaurants, parks, shopping centres all at our front doorstep. We are also lucky enough to have amazing city views. Life is good. Tim’s knowledge, availability and understanding was beyond My expectations. I was downsizing my family home and as it was a massive decision to make - Tim understood this and was patient with myself and my children in showing us what would suit our lifestyle. Now that we have moved under Tim’s guidance we all couldn’t be happier . Tim has been very helpful throughout the whole journey. From the beginning of viewing multiple apartments to the signing of the contract, he was there all the time to help us out. He also follows up all the outstanding issues for us, the latest being the tiny gap on the floor board at the corner of the kitchen which was finally fixed. One outstanding character that Tim possess that is worth mentioning in this review is, throughout the whole journey, we never at anytime feels the pressure of buying the apartment! I think this is one of his great attribute. It allows us to make an inform, un-rush decision. No negative comments that I can think of about Tim.

We had a great experience dealing with Tim. He was always reachable on phone or email, and on the rare occasion he couldn't take a call he would get back to us ASAP. His knowledge of the building was exceptional, remembering minute details of each apartment in a complex of over 100! He was always honest with his opinions, which helped ease our worries as first home buyers. His friendly and down-to-earth nature was in direct contrast to the stereotypical 'real estate agent' persona, and made the entire process enjoyable. After providing a brief on what kind of apartment I was looking for, Tim quickly came up with a shortlist for initial viewing which after two further visits was reduced down to the final choice of two.
