We have dealt with Tim now from the initial contact inquiry about the VQ apartments, until shifting into our very own new apartment. From our first meeting and contact, Tim was friendly with great communication, making every effort to answer our numerous questions about the new apartments. Nothing was too much trouble at all. He is an absolute professional, with genuine concern for his clients, to make sure their purchase is perfect for them. We are thankful to Tim and his team for making our experience of purchasing an apartment at VQ an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

After providing a brief on what kind of apartment I was looking for, Tim quickly came up with a shortlist for initial viewing which after two further visits was reduced down to the final choice of two. Tim made me take the time to wonder between the two apartments to ensure I made the right choice and was there to advise when asked. The whole process became fun and although settlement took a bit longer than initially advised, now that I’m settled in, I’m very happy with the end result and like to thank Tim for all his assistance todate.
