When deciding to sell during a difficult time in the market, we wanted someone with extensive experience. Tim was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. The process of preparing the house for sale was made sooooo much easier with the help of Kobe (property presentation specialist) as part of the Heavyside package, as we had last sold 25 years prior.
