First of all always late to appointments, on setament day was 1 hour late this then gave me a short time to view the house as the tenants destroyed the carpet with candle wax and a lot of items needed fixing or replacing was promised that this issues would be covered all he seem to worrie about was not to stop settlement as probable he was worried about his commission I warn everyone not to use them ever especially tim was a shocking first experience never got the plans to the house and land as promised

Tim and his staff achieved in 24 hours what we could not in 3 months - our house sold. Under contract as soon as it went on the market via Explore Property. We had tried, unsuccessfully, to sell ourselves & avoid agent's fees & commission, however this proved very time-consuming and frustrating. Tim achieved a realistic price which satisfied both us, the sellers, and the buyer - win, win! A smaller agency is, in our opinion, better placed to provide a more personalised service from prompt installation of the "For Sale" signage, and the very professional photos taken right through to the contract and very prompt payment once settlement was completed.
