We actually bought this unit for my mum a few years ago sadly she had to move out for personal reasons and I engaged Tim to sell it for us aswell. Because of his understanding of the market he advised us to wait, I'm glad we listened because in the end he was able to get mum a much better price. Throughout the whole process it was obvious to me that he only had my elderly mothers best interests at the heart of everything he did. Because of his knowledge of the area and his excellent customer relations he was able to sell mums unit without advertising which again was so great for mums situation. I engaged Tim in both buying and selling properties recently. The experience has been amazing.
