Tim was the the epitomy professionalsim and always provided excellent service when it came to selling my property. The property was listed for sale for just over 6 months, half of it was tenanted. When it was fully vacant, Tim organised for minor renovations to be done to improve the property while competing with a large number of similar properties being listed in the area. Tim's patience was shown during this whole time as one would usually want to have the best offer for the property as soon as possible. He understood the market, his client and the people who viewed the property and was able to identify a buyer with the right offer. In a tough market and rising interest rates, although it took way longer than expected for the sale to happen unfortunately, I am satisfied with the work done by Tim and his team during the whole process, even when he was meant to be on holiday! The final sale price was within market value at the time and I only wished I had sold the property much earlier.
