Best House Selling Experience Ever!

From the day we decided to interview agents to sell our property to the day we sold our property at auction on the 7th Feb 2026, Tim Latham from Ray White was simply the best. When we interviewed a couple of agents back in Oct 2025 for our sale it was Tim's very honest, very clear, evidenced based presentation that sold us on Ray White. The campaign Tim planned including the photo shoot and that absolutely fantastic video had me wanting to buy my own home. The costs that Tim presented gave us very clear options from which to choose in planning what was a very expeditious and cost effective selling campaign for our property. Tim's discussions with us about prospective buyers and their disposition to make genuine offers left no doubt in our minds as to Tim's veracity and the buyer's intent.
