When we interviewed a couple of agents back in Oct 2025 for our sale it was Tim's very honest, very clear, evidenced based presentation that sold us on Ray White. The campaign Tim planned including the photo shoot and that absolutely fantastic video had me wanting to buy my own home. After having every open house this time happening with rain, thankfully it didn't dampen the number of inspections (which exceeded expectations).
