I initially contacted 3 Agents to sale my property. Without any commitment from me, Tim recommended a person who did an excellent renovation & assisted me got the house ready within 10 days. Honestly, when I initially engaged Tim as the Agent, I was very unsure. Tim did present me with the best outcome, however, I did not realise at the time, and, under influence from another Agent, I declined. My property was not sold, end up on the market for almost 12 months and had been through another 2 different Agents. When I started to plan something else, I decided to work with Tim again to try one last time. Tim did not let me down. The result, once again, was excellent! Tim proved that he is a top agent. His commitment, wealth of local knowledge, long-standing experience & excellent work ethic and his passion for what he is doing makes him the best agents in the field.
