Tim’s generosity with his time- he was ALWAYS available to answer any question or make anything happen, for any involved party, be that me, my conveyancer, prospective buyers or the pool man. (My conveyancer actually made comment on how much easier Tim is to deal with than most agents) Tim pulled rabbits out of hats to make things happen in timeframes I didn’t dream possible. He is clearly well connected and appreciated in his circle, so nothing was impossible. Above all, I felt my needs, wants and property were respected by Tim.
