In a very trying market Tim finally got the deal done. It was about $30,000 under what I had hoped but this was not Tim’s fault. In fact we had the deal virtually done 3 months prior to the sale for $52,000 more than the price we actually sold it for. The property had issues that raised their ugly head just before selling it the first time resulting in the potential buyer pulling out. Long story short Tim displayed a hunger to sell the property I had never seen before in taking potential buyers through inspection on 27 seperate occasions. He aldo helped organise a gardener and builder to address the issues at the property. I would highly recommend Tim as someone who is professional and great to work with and will get the job done!
