Don't hesitate. You will not find a better real estate agent. Tim came up with a comprehensive plan for the marketing and selling of my unit. It proceeded exactly to that plan. Tim always had everything in calm control. When we hit a speed bump on the way, he immediately worked to find a way around. Nothing seemed to be a problem.
