Tim recently sold my house whilst I was absent and throughout the process he was always so helpful and understanding that I was emotionally attached to the house. He spent the time to get to know why I was selling which led to the type of buyer I was looking for (it wasn't about the highest offer but someone who would love that house and see their future there, as I originally had). Tim was exceptionally communicative and I always felt that I knew where we were in the process (what was coming up, which trades etc). His advice was sound and even though he knew my target buyer (home owner vs investor), he still gave me my options and the pros and cons to each type of buyer.
