Tim assisted with all the details re buying our investment property. He knew answers to all our questions or researched the ones he couldn't answer on the spot. On our tight schedule he made himself available all weekend and at nights. He them assisted us in the rental of another unit when the leasing agent was not available. An amazing guy. Many thanks Tim.

Selling property can be stressful, however, Tim went out of his way to assist me in selling my property. Through Tim's knowledge of market trends and the local area, my property was sold. I cannot thank him enough. Tim made sure I was fully aware of every detail, concerning the sale, and I will let my friends and family know how happy I am for his personal and professional manner throughout this journey. Thank You Tim

Tim, providing us with most professional service, he did not just seal the deal but guided us through the whole process, all ways following up, with advice and customer service. Highly recommend - 5-star service from start to finish.

Tim was prompt in his response to my enquiry. He provided me with his personal and professional knowledge of living in this new location. His follow up and reputation is well known at this location, which made the entire process painless, i.e. so much easier. I would recommend Tim to my friends as an honest, and reliable, real estate agent.
