I have sold a few properties and I have to say Tim took all the stress out of it by researching the area and current market prices. This and the advise about preparing my house for sale added up to " SOLD ON FIRST OPEN" . I highly recommend Tim if you want an honest agent that will get you results without the stress!!!!!!
