We really enjoyed dealing with Tim. Aside from the ratings above, key qualities that he had were that he was genuine and not smarmy. We had dealt with several agents while house hunting for 8 months and he would be up there with our most favoured to deal with, as these character traits are not widely reflected across Canberra real estate agents in our experience. He was also very open to having a laugh, including at himself. Following exchange of contracts he was very mindful of our needs and wants, and did an excellent job in accomodating these, including arranging for ys to visit the property prior to settlement.
