Tim is very honest and pleasant to deal with. My only concern is that my property was not promoted strongly enough - such as the size of the advertisement in the newspaper.

Tim provided assistance, above what we have ever experienced, to prepare the property for sale, including arranging cleaning, de-cluttering, painting and electrical work. As it was a Deceased Estate Sale with no family available to assist, this was of enormous value to myself as Executor and to my wife. Tim's estimate of the eventual auction price was spot on.
