After a long and unproductive campaign with a previous agent, our attempt to sell was stagnant. We had no serious buyer interest. The only offer we had on the table was 10% below market value. We approached Tim and he proposed a new strategy and improved advertising campaign. He worked with an excellent team member, Sohail Ashori. They worked well as a team with clear communication. On the first open inspection, we had more people attend that single inspection than in all the previous months combined. The result was a quick sale without fuss and drama.
