They were accommodating with coming to us, at our convenience, to talk us through their offering and answer any and all questions we had. They were realistic about potential sale price and were extremely knowledgeable regarding the local area. They were actively communicating with us throughout the 3 or so weeks that it took to sell the property and made sure that we were comfortable with everything. The result we achieved was significantly more than we expected - I cannot say enough good things about their service, communication and the end result. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This is the second home I resorted to having sold by TIm Stickley when each time the person's trying to sell it failed to sell the homes after taking so long. Saw Tim on reviews first house. Both times a good price was reached due to TIm's ability to listen understand how to please both the prospective buyer and the seller with his up to date knowledge and experience of the market of this time round a retirement village home where places can sit for years without a sale. He was very professional set out a plan with me in agreement and within weeks the place was sold also due to advertising reaching a wide market and expert negotiating skills to meet the price I knew the place was worth after checking comparisons.
